Shipping from United States

Packages ship out Monday thru Friday unless it's a holiday. We ship USPS with tracking.

Packages are out of my control once given to USPS. Once it's in the mail I can't change or correct an address. If a package says it's delivered but you don't have it, check with your neighbor they may have it. Once tracking says it's been delivered, I and USPS are not responsible for packages that at stolen off of your property even if it was insured. No refunds will be given on delivered packages that were lost or stolen.

No adjustment or refunds will be given on shipping costs if packages were delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Wrong address - If you realize you have the wrong address in your account please message me ASAP if your package is not in the mail yet, I can change it before shipping. If it already in the mail that is up to you to file a forwarding address or call USPS about a package interception.

Broken or damaged - If the item is damaged or broken apron arrival please send me a picture when you message me about your order. It will make the process much faster. I'll get you out a new bead ASAP! email me thru etsy, directly at , or you can also text me at. 360-908-3455

Received the wrong product - I'm super sorry about that. I do mess up from time to time. I will send you a call tag to send the wrong item back to me. and get a new order out to you ASAP. If it was a one of a kind item I can make you a new one or you can choose to have a return done in full.

Returns - No returns on items less then $5.00. For orders over $5.01 message me for a call tag, all returns will be charged a $4.00 return fee. So you will receive $4 less than the cost of the item, This does not include shipping charge. $4 return fee also includes any order with free shipping. I refund payments with in 2 days of being received.

Exchanges - Exchanges are accepted for the same bead of a different size. Buyer pays return shipping to get item back to me. I'll pay for shipping back to you, I think it's fair we both loose a couple bucks.

"Return to sender/ unable to forward" - For Items that are returned to me by USPS "Return to sender/ unable to forward". Item cost will refunded minus the $4 return fee. If you still want the item you will have to reorder it.

Lost parcels - we must wait 20 days after estimated delivery date for domestic shipping to file a lost package claim. I do not refund any amount on lost packages. Orders that are lost must be repurchased as a whole new order and original orders will be processed once we hear back from USPS.
